Ilya comes with his instruments — to events, openings, outdoor and private gatherings. From 40 minutes of music only to an hour or an hour and a half of story and music — all flexible, as the host wishes.

What does a gathering at the studio include?
A recital of wind, string and percussion instruments — some of them rare and unfamiliar — from around the world, and the life story that goes with them. The gathering runs about three hours. Groups range from a handful of people up to twenty-five, in a special house with a charming garden in the British Officers’ Quarter in Haifa.
How much does a gathering cost?
₪180 per person for the recital, minimum 10 people, VAT not included — herbal tea, coffee and biscuits included. An optional meal can be added: a lighter menu at ₪150 per person, or a richer homemade menu at ₪280 per person — both before VAT, minimum 10 guests.
What is served, and can the menu be adapted?
Every dish is prepared, cooked and baked in the house on the day of the event, with an abundance of fresh seasonal vegetables and legumes. You can choose vegetarian, vegan or meat-based, and the menu is flexible and tailored to your taste and budget. You are welcome to bring extras such as cake, wine or alcohol; external catering can be arranged at additional cost.
How do I book, and what if I need to cancel?
A 30% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due by the day of the event, by bank transfer, cheque or cash. Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: the deposit is refunded in full; 14–30 days before: 50% of the deposit is refunded; less than 14 days before: the deposit is non-refundable. For events including a meal, the final guest count must be confirmed two days in advance.
